By signing up for Lodgit, you agree to these Terms of Service. Lodgit is operated by Hadleigh Kirk (trading as LODGIT #2603-OT-5713), Gold Coast QLD, Australia. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the service.
Lodgit provides AI-powered admin automation for trade businesses — including AI quote generation, invoice follow-up SMS sequences, and Google review request automation — integrated with ServiceM8. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, you will be charged the applicable monthly subscription fee. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
AI-generated quotes are estimates only. You must review all AI-generated content before sending to customers. Lodgit does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated quotes. You accept full responsibility for any quotes sent to your customers.
By using Lodgit, you agree that anonymised, aggregated data from your usage (job types, quote amounts, payment times) may be used to improve our rate benchmarking features. This data is never attributed to you individually and is never shared with competitors.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lodgit's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
